Shymon Warszawski

SHYMON WARSZAWSKI joined Obral Silk & Pal after earning his Juris Doctor and being admitted to practice in all Ohio courts, including the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Throughout his legal training and early practice, Mr. Warszawski developed a strong foundation in litigation and client advocacy, with hands-on experience in case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and pre-trial preparation. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in civil litigation and personal injury settings where he handled client intake, managed medical records and demands, drafted pleadings and motions, and worked closely with clients navigating treatment, insurance issues, and the claims process. Mr. Warszawski is known for his disciplined work ethic and ability to combine thoughtful legal analysis with practical, client-centered representation.

 

Mr. Warszawski concentrates his practice on representing individuals who have been injured as a result of another’s negligence, including those harmed in automobile and truck accidents and other serious incidents. He has assisted with deposition preparation, settlement negotiations, and the development of damages packages, collaborating with medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel to advance his clients’ interests. He takes pride in providing responsive, communicative, and personalized representation to each client he serves. In his spare time, Mr. Warszawski enjoys spending time with his family, remaining active in the Northeast Ohio community, and reading.
