After two years of delays, we are pleased to announce that the jury trial IS BACK! Courts all over the State of Ohio have started to open their doors again to civil cases which have been, for the most part, in a holding pattern waiting for the pandemic to end.
We are pleased to announce that in one of our first cases back in front of the jury, Attorneys Al Pal and Joe Darwal obtained a six-figure verdict from a Lorain County jury on a shoulder injury case. The State Farm insured and defense denied liability for the collision, and in turn, attempted to blame our client for causing the crash. An intelligent jury of our client’s peers saw through the defense and awarded our client a just and fair verdict in the six figures.
